At the recent NA-CAP conference, I was reminded of two nice teaching tools that are available online for free:

Inquiry, mostly developed by Peter Bradley (currently at McDaniel College, though the bulk of the project was carried out at Washington University in St. Louis).

The Mind Project (check especially under curriculum), mostly developed by David Anderson (Illinois State University).

They have a lot of material that your students might find helpful.  You might want to check them out.  Also, you might be welcome to contribute to their development if you feel so inclined.
