It's out and it's our chance to read C.B. Martin's views about the mind in a comprehensive and systematic form.  We are indebted to John Heil, without whose editorial work this book would not exist.  I look forward to reading it (when I find the time).  If anyone has read it and has comments, I'd be curious to hear about them.
