We are pleased to announce a new interview series exploring the philosophical implications of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The rapid development of AI has reignited interest in fundamental questions of consciousness and agency. Previously confined to theoretical discourse, these issues now demand re-evaluation in light of AI’s burgeoning capabilities. In this context, the series investigates whether machines can achieve genuine thought and agency. Comprising four interviews spread throughout the year, the series launches on 14 June with Professor Tim Crane, a leading figure in the philosophy of mind, perception, and metaphysics. Currently Professor of Philosophy and Pro-Rector at the Central European University (CEU) in Vienna.
